Booking & Process

How does a booking work?
You submit a non-binding inquiry. I check the availability and usually get back to you within 24 hours. In a personal conversation, we clarify all the details. Only when everything fits for you will you receive a binding offer.

Can we hold a personal conversation beforehand?
Yes. A personal meeting is standard and free for weddings and corporate events.

How early should we book?
weddings, summer dates, and Saturdays are often fully booked many months in advance. An early request is ideal.

Do you play multiple events on the same day?
No. Once I am booked, the entire day exclusively belongs to your event.

Music & Style

What kind of music do you play?
I play a stylish open format: 80s, 90s, Pop, RnB, House, EDM, Rock, current hits and international music. I read the room and play what really works – no rigid playlists.

Do you also play specific requests or favorite songs?
Yes. Your requested songs – from the entrance to the first dance – are naturally included. I also integrate the music requests of your guests appropriately and with tact.

Do you play international music?
Yes. Upon request, I also play Latin, Balkan, French, Oriental and many other styles.

Can we give you a Do-Not-Play list?
Yes, I will, of course, take that into account.

Weddings

Will you play our first dance?
Yes, of course. Whether classic, modern, or a custom mix – I prepare everything and tailor it perfectly for you.

Do you also take care of music for reception and dinner?
Yes. I musically accompany your day from the very beginning – from the arrival of the guests through dinner to the party.

What happens with spontaneous program points?
I support you flexibly – with microphones, suitable music, or short moderation.

Can you also handle outdoor weddings?
Yes. I bring suitable technical solutions for outdoor areas.

Technical Setup & Process On-Site

Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. I work with professional DJ equipment and sound/light technology. Depending on the location, I use existing, technically suitable systems or bring my own sound and light equipment as needed. The setup is done early before the guests arrive.

When do you set up the technology?
The setup is completed at least 1–2 hours before the start of your event. Everything is ready to go before the first guest arrives.

What do you need from the location?
A standard power outlet and a suitable, stable workspace (e.g., table or sideboard). If nothing appropriate is available on-site, I may work with my own DJ table if needed. We will clarify everything else in advance together with the location.

What happens if technology fails?
I always have backup solutions and reserve hardware with me.

Corporate Events & Corporate Functions

Do you have experience with business events?
Yes. I have supported various corporate parties, galas, and corporate events – professionally, reliably, and with a discreet presence.

Can you play lounge or background music?
Yes. For receptions, dinners, or networking situations, I create suitable musical atmospheres.

Prices & Payment

How are the prices structured?
Every event is unique. The price is determined by several factors, including date, duration, technical requirements, and type of event. You will always receive a transparent total package tailored to your occasion – without hidden costs.

Is the preliminary conversation, travel, or setup included in the price?
The preliminary conversation is always free. Travel and technology costs are clearly outlined in the offer.

When is the payment due?
Usually in two steps: reservation fee at booking, balance before the event. The details will be provided in the offer.

Cancellation & Security

How does a cancellation work?
In the offer or contract, you will find clear cancellation conditions. Many cancellations are possible free of charge until a certain point in time.

Are you insured?
Yes. I have liability insurance for events.

What happens if you get sick?
Very rarely – but for emergencies, I have a professional network of experienced DJs who can reliably step in.

Miscellaneous

Do you also handle moderation?
Slight, stylish moderation is possible – but only if you want it. I generally keep a low profile in the background.

How long can you play?
As long as you celebrate. The playing time is flexible and can be spontaneously extended.

Do you take breaks?
No. There is continuously fitting music playing.

Do you work with the venue?
Yes. Upon request, I can clarify technical and organizational details directly with the venue.
